The Neighborhood Clinic in Mesa, AZ is looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing team. Requirements
- Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Experience with individual and/or group therapy in a clinical or community setting
- Proficiency in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care
- Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
- Compassionate, culturally competent, and client-centered approach to care
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate holistic client care
- Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and ongoing clinical supervision as needed
- Connect clients with community resources and support services to promote overall well-being
