About The Position

Primrose Schools of Katy are seeking a compassionate, highly skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or LPC‑Associate to partner with our five Katy campuses. This role is ideal for a counselor who wants to run their own practice while benefiting from a strong, built‑in referral network within our early education community. The LPC will operate as an independent practitioner while collaborating closely with Primrose leadership teams, teachers, and families. Our campuses currently generate a steady client base of 15–22 clients per week, with continued growth expected. This is a rare opportunity to build a thriving private practice with the support of a respected early education network. Requirements

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or LPC‑Associate under approved supervision
  • Experience working with young children, families, or school communities
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a consistent weekly caseload
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication, professionalism, and follow‑through
  • Builds trust quickly with children, their families and the school staff
  • Values collaboration with educators and school leaders
  • Is comfortable managing their own caseload, schedule, and documentation
  • Thrives in a school‑based environment supporting young children and their families
