LifeLong’s Recuperative Care program (Arnold’s Place) is a 50-bed 24/7 residential setting that provides onsite care for patients with complex medical, behavioral, and social needs. Patients receive ongoing medical and behavioral health services, care coordination, meals, and daily supports, along with connections to housing and community resources. Under the general supervision of the Associate Behavioral Health Director, the Behavioral Health Provider will work with an inter-disciplinary team to ensure that quality psychosocial services are delivered to Arnold's Place patients. We are seeking a candidate who is comfortable working in milieu settings and is excited to create and implement various groups and wellness-focused activities to support the overall behavioral health needs of patients living onsite, as well as to provide both individual and group therapy. The Behavioral Health Provider will work collaboratively with all program staff to uphold policies, promote patient well-being, and ensure a respectful and welcoming environment for individuals experiencing homelessness and complex health needs. This position reports to the Associate Behavioral Health Director. This position is represented by UAPD. Salaries and benefits are set by a collective bargaining agreement (CBA), and an employee in this position must remain a member in good standing of UAPD, as defined in the CBA.
