About The Position

We are seeking an LPCC to provide individual counseling through a fully remote practice serving clients in New Mexico. This position offers a predictable weekday schedule and the opportunity to focus on direct clinical care within a clearly defined practice model.

Requirements

• Active LPCC license in New Mexico
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related discipline
• Prior clinical counseling experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual telehealth sessions, establish treatment goals, and provide ongoing counseling based on each client’s needs.
• Develop and periodically reassess treatment plans, using client progress to guide adjustments in care.
• Maintain accurate session notes, treatment records, and other required documentation in a timely manner.
• Practice in accordance with applicable ethical, legal, and professional requirements, while participating in quality assurance and clinical review processes.
