About The Position

Aveanna Healthcare is one of the largest private duty nursing companies in the nation and is growing. We are seeking Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) to join our team. We provide compassionate homecare to children and adults, aiming for outstanding clinical outcomes. We have patients and openings in El Reno, Yukon, Geary, Clinton, and surrounding areas. Requirements

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide homecare to children and adults.
• Achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Work with patients and openings in El Reno, Yukon, Geary, Clinton, and surrounding areas.
• Utilize electronic documentation via a tablet in each patient's home.
