This specific role involves providing nursing care for a teenager with Trach/Vent needs in a home setting.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• 1 year of hands-on nursing experience required in GA.
• Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required (outside of GA).

Responsibilities

• Provide homecare nursing to a teenager with Trach/Vent needs.
• Achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Work with other LPN/LVNs to ensure comprehensive care.
• Utilize electronic documentation via a tablet in the patient's home.
