Requirements

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.

Nice To Haves

• Training available for feeding tube, tracheostomy, ventilator, and med administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide high acuity nursing care to patients with feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, and medication administration needs.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults.
• Perform electronic documentation using a tablet in each patient's home.
