Requirements

• Must have and maintain an active, unencunbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Must have reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Feeding tube care
• Medication administration
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Lifting and transferring over 50 lbs. required
• Ongoing monitoring and individualized nursing support throughout the school day
