About The Position
Affirmed Home Care is actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for immediate openings in Chester, NJ and surrounding areas. We are currently staffing high-priority cases and looking for skilled nurses ready to make an impact. This is a strong opportunity for nurses seeking flexible per diem work with meaningful one-on-one patient care in a supportive environment. We are looking for compassionate, confident LPNs with experience in acute care, long-term care, or home care. Assignments include specialized high-acuity cases with flexible scheduling options.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience
- Trach, Vent, G-Tube, and Hoyer lift experience required
- Current BLS certification
- Physical, PPD/QuantiFERON, MMR, and flu compliance required
Nice To Haves
- Valid driver’s license
