Requirements
- Active LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Nice To Haves
- 6+ months of long-term care experience
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members
- Support care planning and resident assessments
- Supervise Medication Aides/Techs
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and emergencies
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
