Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current LPN license as required by state
- 1 year of experience in an acute care or equivalent setting
- CPR certification with American Heart Association or America Red Cross
- Positive attitude
- Dedication to quality patient care
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to perform job duties
Responsibilities
- Providing Behavioral Health Visits in the New Britain, Hartford, Rocky Hill, Wethersfield, Middletown, and Meriden areas.
- Caring for patients in their homes.
- Delivering the right care, at the right time, in the right place.
