About The Position

Green Lea Senior Living is hiring a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Mabel, Minnesota, at $27.25 per hour. The role provides resident-focused care grounded in dignity, respect, and individualized support. The schedule is every Saturday and Sunday. Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with the State of Minnesota.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments and monitor residents’ health and well-being.
• Coordinate medical services to provide personalized care suited to residents’ needs.
• Document care accurately and report changes in residents’ conditions to the RN, Director of Nursing, or provider.
• Communicate with residents, families, and staff to build trust and provide support.
• Help train and mentor care staff to improve care practices and resident satisfaction.
• Follow community policies, safety procedures, and state regulations.
