About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse delivers quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provides care and services to help patients attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. The role monitors and reports changes in patients’ conditions and assigns duties, instructs, and provides clinical supervision to CNAs. The position is offered full-time on an 11 p.m.–7 a.m. shift and includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited LPN program.
• Hold a current license or registration in the applicable state.
• Maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• Obtain CPR certification upon hire or during orientation and maintain current certification throughout employment.
• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant action.
• Deliver quality nursing care competently and knowledgeably.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.

Nice To Haves

• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
