About The Position

Timbers of Jasper is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time evening or night shift opportunities. The role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories. Nurses use their skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being and contribute to a rewarding care experience. The LPN supports a comforting and engaging environment, promotes teamwork, collaborates with nursing and facility teams to coordinate care, and communicates respectfully with residents, families, customers, and colleagues. The position requires a current Indiana LPN license, medication management proficiency, thorough resident assessments, and accurate documentation of changes in condition. Eligible LPNs hired for a full-time evening or night shift may earn a $10,000 sign-on bonus, paid over two years; terms and conditions apply.

Requirements

Hold a current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
Have proficient medication management skills.
Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
Demonstrate a strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
