Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
- Strong critical care assessment and clinical skills.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Ability to write and follow directions to patient’s homes.
- Ability to use home health patient software, email, internet, and computer-based learning modules, etc.
- Good understanding of home health operations.
- Current CPR/BLS.
- Must be able to travel to patients’ homes and have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and pass MVR check.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily nursing or complex care.
- Care for patients one-on-one.
- Create care plans unique to each patient.
