About The Position

Requirements

• Valid and current Nursing License as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the United States.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare staff.
• Demonstrated experience with patient care in assisted living and memory care setting.
• Basic knowledge of pain management techniques and protocols.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in an assisted living facility and memory care.
• Previous collaboration experience with Nurse Practitioners or advanced practice providers.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
