About The Position

Alliance Nursing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide dedicated 1:4 care for medically complex adults in an Adult Family Home setting. This role allows for building lasting relationships with patients and delivering personalized nursing care. The position offers comprehensive training, including paid, hands-on vent and trach training, and ongoing clinical support. Scheduling options include full-time, part-time, PRN, day, night, and weekend opportunities. Requirements

• Active Washington State LPN license (without restrictions)
• CPR Certification
