LPN - Home Care | 1:1 | PRN Shifts
About The Position
Our Tucson Skilled Office is interested in a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who has a passion for pediatric care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. We currently have PRN, PT and FT day shifts, 2nd shift and overnights caring for pediatric and adult clients. Schedules can vary per client and consist of 4, 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts. Starting pay is $31 per hour. Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s), hands-on care with only one client per day, building client relationships and watching their milestones. Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose, follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders, perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions, document observations, interventions, and evaluations, and feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
- One year of experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse
