About The Position
Pleasantview Nursing Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work both short term rehabilitation and long-term care. This role involves utilizing a general understanding of nursing principles to develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans, ensuring resident needs are met. The LPN will assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel, manage daily unit operations on a per-shift basis, and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans.
- Ensure resident needs are met.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit on a per-shift basis.
