About The Position

Bethany Village is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for evening and night shifts. The role involves developing meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories, and using nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The LPN helps create a comforting atmosphere, supports teamwork, and collaborates with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated care. The organization describes a history of serving customers since 2000 and operating more than 100 communities across Indiana.

Requirements

Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
Proficient medication management skills.
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to support teamwork and collaborate toward excellent resident care.
