About The Position

As an LPN, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality care to our residents. Requirements

  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in good standing.
  • Certification in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
  • Ability to meet or exceed the company’s attendance and punctuality standards.
  • Ability to use Electronic Records and miscellaneous software and office equipment.
  • Ability to understand and follow directions as given.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Four year college or university degree desired.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar healthcare position preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Performs professional and restorative nursing services, including resident assessments, recording vital signs, and administering medications and treatments.
  • Maintains timely documentation of written and verbal reports to ensure quality care.
  • Interacts with the resident’s physician, pharmacist, and medical personnel as needed.
  • Assists residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility) following the guidelines in the Resident Care Plan.
  • Assists with in-service and on-the-job training and mentoring of Team Members.
  • Participates in and attends all required in-service training and education programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
