Licensed Practical Nurse - Pediatrics

This position offers flexible schedules, with PRN/part-time hours available for a pediatric client in Sioux Falls, SD & Brookings, SD, covering both day and night shifts. The pay rate for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is $32-$34 per hour, paid weekly. We also provide 24/7 on-call nurse support from Interim Healthcare.
Requirements
- Six months’ experience in a comparable Licensed Practical Nurse job classification
- Current South Dakota LPN license
- CPR certification, offered on site
- 2 professional references required
- Background check and drug screen completed
- Driver’s License and current car insurance
- 18 years of age
Responsibilities
- Care for pediatric patients within their home
- Examine patients, conduct assessments, document condition and report changes
- Review, interpret, transcribe and carry out physician orders for patients
- Administer medication, operate medical equipment and maintain a safe environment
