Canterbury Woods is looking for experienced and motivated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team in Williamsville, NY. Requirements
- Credentials as an LPN with a current New York State license
- CPR and first aid certified
- Verbal and written English skills

Responsibilities
- Review resident needs and physician orders
- Contribute to care plan development and quarterly reviews
- Promptly address resident concerns
- Prepare, administer, and document medications accurately
- Maintain the medication and treatment book
- Conduct regular unit rounds
- Ensure detailed care notes
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of CNA documentation
