Licensed Practical Nurse | LPN | 6 Week Contract
About The Position
Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a 6-week contract assignment. This role is ideal for an LPN looking for a short-term opportunity to make an immediate impact. Candidates who are a great fit may have the opportunity to continue employment with Tutera after the contract period, based on staffing needs and mutual interest. As an LPN, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and ensuring resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act, providing resident care and directing nursing care during your assigned shift. Responsibilities include staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals to ensure residents receive quality care.
Requirements
- An active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing in the state of practice
- Dependability and strong attendance
- Professional appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
