About The Position

As a Licensed Practical Nurse with Touchmark, you will enrich lives every day by ensuring residents in assisted living and advanced assisted living receive the highest level of dignity and care. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will possess a current LPN license in the state of Arizona. They will also possess or be willing to obtain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance, CPR/AED/First Aid Certification and Arizona Food Handler Certification. A genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment is essential. The candidate will enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses to design and implement care plans for each resident. They will help oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions. A willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality, is required. The ability to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors is also necessary. Requirements

• Current LPN license in the state of Arizona
• Possess or willing to obtain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance, CPR/AED/First Aid Certification and Arizona Food Handler Certification

• Ensuring residents in assisted living and advanced assisted living receive the highest level of dignity and care.
• Designing and implementing care plans for each resident.
