The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) is responsible for the nursing needs of residents, actively incorporating the "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." This role ensures a safe and healthy environment, participates in the resident’s daily life rhythm, develops assignments in coordination with care partners, and holds team members accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Current LPN/LVN license in the state for which applying
- Current CPR certification

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the nursing needs of residents.

- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
