About The Position

American Senior Communities is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Arbor Grove Village for a full-time night position. The role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships by learning about residents’ and staff members’ life stories. Nurses use their skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being in a skilled nursing care setting. The LPN helps create a comforting and engaging atmosphere, supports teamwork and collaboration across the care team, and contributes to coordinated, comprehensive care. Requirements

Current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
Proficient medication management skills.
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide supportive presence, promote teamwork and collaboration, and work toward common goals.
