This role supports licensed healthcare team members in patient care, including direct patient care, providing healthcare information to patients and families, and following established care plans. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works in close collaboration with a Registered Nurse (RN) or other licensed healthcare team member to evaluate the patient's plan of care and progress. All patient care activities are performed under the delegation and supervision of a licensed professional, adhering to VUMC standards and licensure regulations.

LIC-Licensed Practical Nurse - Tennessee
Relevant Work Experience
Graduate of an approved discipline specific program
Less than 1 year of experience
Clinical Patient Documentation (Novice)
LPN Patient Education (Novice)
LPN Care Planning (Novice)
Clinical Competency (Novice)
