Licensed Practical Nurse - North Little Rock TC Unit - Days
About The Position
Arisa Health is growing and seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to support their new TC Unit in Little Rock. The LPN will have experience working with adults in a clinical setting to provide direct care, including checking vital signs, administering medications and injections, and working with insurance to approve some medications for clients. Arisa Health is Arkansas' largest and most comprehensive nonprofit behavioral health provider, formed by the affiliation of four long-standing Arkansas community mental health centers. They lead with exceptional care that nurtures health and well-being for all, providing a wide range of services including outpatient, crisis, substance abuse counseling, intensive children and adult services, medical services, and residential services across 41 Arkansas counties. This position is full-time, non-exempt (hourly), Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.
Requirements
- Associate degree or advanced specialized training
- Arkansas LPN License
- One year experience as an LPN
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Valid AR Driver's License and a good driving record.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care.
- Implement physician orders.
- Administer medications, draw blood, or administer other tests or procedures as ordered.
