About The Position
Muskego Health and Rehabilitation is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join its resident-focused care team in Muskego, Wisconsin. The role supports resident care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Schedules are 12-hour shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. New graduates are encouraged to apply. An option for an unbenefited role at a higher rate may be available; applicants can ask about details during the interview.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in Wisconsin.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for caring for the aging population.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs.
- Support resident care plans and clinical documentation.
- Lead and guide CNA staff.
- Promote resident safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with Nurse Managers and the interdisciplinary team.
