About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their North Jersey West Skilled Nursing team. This role involves providing one-on-one care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes. The company emphasizes flexibility, a supportive culture, and valuing their nurses. Private duty nursing offers traditional shifts (8s, 10s, or 12s), hands-on care with a single client, the opportunity to build long-term relationships, and to witness client progress. Daily tasks include traveling to a client's home, providing skilled nursing care as per physician orders, monitoring client conditions, and documenting care using electronic charting.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active LPN license in good standing in New Jersey

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care following physician orders
• Monitor and assess client conditions
• Document care using electronic charting (Statewise)
