About The Position

AccordCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, skilled care to clients in their homes in Lithonia and surrounding areas. The role provides one-on-one support to promote clients’ health, independence, and dignity, and involves close patient relationships, clinical excellence, and meaningful work. The listed pay is $35 per hour. Shifts are listed as 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The posting also describes flexible scheduling, with most shifts starting at 7:00 a.m. daily.

Requirements

• Hold an LPN license in good standing with the Georgia Board of Nursing.
• Be certified in CPR.
• Be skilled in EMR documentation and have strong organizational ability.
• Be confident working independently in a home environment.
• Be compassionate, client-focused, and a strong communicator.
• Have experience with G-tube, tracheostomy, or ventilator care.
• Have a driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• At least one year of experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care tailored to each client’s needs.
• Monitor health conditions and document changes in clinical status.
• Administer medications and perform wound care.
• Provide G-tube, tracheostomy, or ventilator support when required.
• Educate and guide clients and families to support ongoing health at home.
