About The Position

Lakeshore Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation, a proud member of the Volare Health family, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. This role offers a consistent weekend schedule (Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) for those looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents.

Requirements

• Current Louisiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and support nursing staff.
• Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Assess resident needs and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to provide exceptional resident care.
