About The Position

Danville Regional Rehabilitation is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for evening and night shifts. The nurse will develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and use nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role emphasizes supportive presence, teamwork, collaboration with nursing and other facility teams, leadership that promotes teamwork, and respectful interpersonal communication. Requirements

Hold a current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
Have proficient medication management skills.
Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate the C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
