About The Position
Affirmed Home Care is looking for a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality one-on-one care to a client in Short Hills, New Jersey. This is a great opportunity for an LPN who enjoys personalized care, building meaningful client relationships, and working independently in a home care setting.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey LPN License
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional
- Comfortable working independently in a home care setting
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of nursing experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care based on the client’s individualized care plan
- Administer medications and prescribed treatments
- Monitor the client’s condition and communicate changes appropriately
- Provide skilled nursing care within your scope of practice
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support the client’s comfort, safety, dignity, and independence
- Communicate professionally with the client, family, and care team
