DaVita is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to work in an outpatient dialysis center, making a significant difference in the lives of patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. DaVita, meaning "giving life," is committed to providing quality service and aims to be the Provider, Partner, and Employer of Choice. No prior dialysis experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided, potentially at a facility or training clinic different from the assigned home clinic. The role requires a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and involves floating to various facilities during and after training. This position offers the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting, working as part of a supportive team. LPNs will deliver care to patients with multiple co-morbidities, requiring unique treatment plans and a broad range of nursing skills. DaVita is a clinical leader, with a high percentage of facilities meeting or exceeding CMS's standards, and expects teammates to commit to improving patient health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives. DaVita is a comprehensive kidney care provider focused on transforming care globally, serving 200,800 patients at 2,809 outpatient dialysis centers in the U.S. and an additional 346 centers worldwide as of March 31, 2022.
