About The Position
PurposeCare is hiring a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse to provide skilled, personalized care to patients in their homes. The role supports patients’ health, safety, recovery, and ability to live independently in their communities. Home health clinicians work with manageable caseloads, make clinical decisions independently, and build one-on-one relationships with patients while addressing their needs in the home. The position offers flexible scheduling, competitive per-visit rates, mileage, and access to training and professional development.
Requirements
- Hold a current license with the state Board of Nursing.
- Have at least one year of nursing experience.
- Be able to perform physical tasks that may include lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing.
- Have a current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
- Successfully complete a background check.
