About The Position
This position offers experienced Licensed Practical Nurse/ Licensed Vocational Nurse the opportunity to provide comprehensive services to members of the military community in a collaborative outpatient environment. The LPN/ LVN will coordinate care across inpatient, outpatient, community, and telephonic settings while supporting continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Licensure/ LVN
- 2 years experience in a Primary Care Clinic
- Current BLS from the American Heart Association or Military equivalence
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive services to members of the military community in a collaborative outpatient environment.
- Coordinate care across inpatient, outpatient, community, and telephonic settings.
- Support continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Primary Care, Women's Health, Mental Health services.
- Assess patient's conditions.
- Administer Vaccines and Immunizations.
- Recognize adverse signs and symptoms.
- Order Labs and X-rays.
