Licensed Practical Nurse-Nights
About The Position
Billet Health is seeking LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES with a passion for total patient care to join our team. We provide HOME HEALTH care to geriatric patients through a 9-week episode. As an LPN, you will assess patient needs, collaborate with the RN case manager and Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient care, and be prepared to travel and have open availability to patients as needed. We offer flexibility in building your schedule, with visits offered by our staffing team based on coverage needs. Your caseload is entirely up to you, allowing you to set your own pace. Visits are typically 45 to 60 minutes, and you arrange the timing with the patient. Billet is Joint Co certified and prides itself on going above and beyond in patient care. We are looking for nurses who are dedicated to delivering outstanding and personal patient experiences.
Requirements
- Active LPN License in the state of practice
- Valid Driver License
- Valid Auto Insurance
- CPR or BLS Certification
- Valid TB Test (Skin test within the last year or x-ray within the last five years)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Home Health care.
- New grads or seasoned nurses welcome.
