About The Position
Lake Prince Woods is seeking a dynamic LPN/RN to join their skilled nursing team. This is a full-time position on a 40-bed skilled nursing unit, offering the opportunity to make a difference in residents' lives. The role involves providing skilled nursing care and accommodation services under the direction of a RN Supervisor or Director of Nursing, ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited school of practical nursing.
- Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience.
- Current Nursing License
- CPR certified

- One (1) year skilled nursing facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Provides skilled nursing resident care activities and accommodation services in accordance with standards, regulatory guidelines and license requirements.
- Maintains compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Meets, maintains and supports the standards of nursing care and practice in order to meet the healthcare needs of assigned residents.
