About The Position
We're seeking our next amazing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve our Assisted Living and Memory Care department. Mirabella at ASU is home to more than 370 residents who have access to a wide array of amazing amenities and care services. As part of the continuum of care, Mirabella has a 21 bed Skilled Unit and a 20 bed memory care unit located on the second floor – both serve both existing residents and the Tempe community at large. Our residents have access to highly personalized care with 21 Private Suites/Bathrooms and a newly constructed environment (Completed in August 2020)! Requirements
- Current Arizona license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) gained from completion of an accredited nursing program, college, or university
- Previous experience in long term care, skilled nursing, geriatrics, etc.
- Demonstrated understanding of functions, organization, policy, regulations and procedures of a long-term care/skilled nursing facility.
- Current and valid CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
- Must be able to successfully pass fingerprint clearance
