About The Position
This is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at a facility in Concord, NH. The shift is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with a weekly guarantee of 40 hours. The contract length is 14 weeks.
Requirements
- Valid and active NH License
- Minimum 2 years of experience in LPN.
- Current AHA BLS
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.
- Monitor vital signs, observe patients’ conditions, and report any changes promptly.
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
