About The Position
BAYADA is hiring LPNs to provide 1:1 pediatric care in Asheboro and surrounding areas. Make a lasting impact by helping children feel safe, supported, and cared for—all while enjoying flexible shifts and weekly pay. Our Winston-Salem and Greensboro skilled nursing offices proudly serve adult and pediatric clients throughout the Piedmont Triad Area. We offer efficient onboarding that works around your availability, personalized, paid training, including our award-winning SIM labs, and skill-building to prepare you for a wide range of clients and acuity levels. You will also receive 24/7 clinical support and ongoing mentorship, and use user-friendly electronic charting through Statewise so you can focus on patient care.
Requirements
- Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of North Carolina
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 pediatric care in Asheboro and surrounding areas.
- Help children feel safe, supported, and cared for.
Benefits
- Commitment Bonuses: $5,000- $10,000 depending on level of commitment
- Fast track bonus opportunities
- $28–32/hour in Piedmont Triad Area (including weekend and overnight differentials)
- Full-time, Part-time, and PRN
- Daytime, evening, and Overnight Shifts
- 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
