About The Position

Touchmark at Fairway Village in Vancouver WA is a full-service, award-winning senior living community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services, and amenities. We are currently seeking the right individual to join our team as a Full-time, Licensed Practical Nurse, that will serve primarily in our memory care community. Requirements

Possess a current LPN license in the state of Washington
Have attention to detail and clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
Must exemplify the Touchmark values of Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity and Compassion
Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality

Nice To Haves

3-5 years of experience working in geriatric care is preferred
Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
Enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses and clinical staff
Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment

Design and implement care plans for each resident.
Help oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions.
Process care plans and other required documents in an efficient timeframe.
