Responsibilities

Deliver skilled nursing care to patients, following the directives outlined by the registered nurse and physician's plan of care in alignment with hospital policy.
Actively promote and maintain patient health by providing education and implementing appropriate rehabilitative measures under the guidance of the registered nurse.
Dispense medication in accordance with physician orders, ensuring patient safety and compliance.
Document progress notes for both one-on-one and group sessions, adhering strictly to established policies and procedures.
Advise the Director of Nursing/Administrator regarding any risk management activities, aiming to minimize patient, staff, and visitor injuries, illnesses, and financial losses.
