About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric trach/vent care to join their Skilled Nursing team in Mercer County, NJ. The Mercer County office offers a strong onboarding and training experience, flexible scheduling, electronic charting, award-winning simulation labs, short commute times by matching nurses with nearby cases, and 24/7 on-call clinical support.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• CPR certified

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
• Provide care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
• Manage advanced care needs, such as tracheostomy and ventilator management.
• Engage in one-to-one client care.
• Perform preventive care.
• Build client relationships and observe their milestones.
• Provide hands-on care with only one client per day.
