The LPN will work with clinical and clerical support staff to deliver excellent patient care and promote patient satisfaction across multiple practices. The LPN will practice under the direction of the appropriate clinical staff and cross cover across multiple practices. The LPN will be responsible for monitoring patient's vital signs, patient intake and output, and recording patient history. This associate will administer medication, injections and functions in scope of license. This position will clean equipment in patient care areas and ensure patient care rooms are kept clean, and supplies are well stocked. The LPN will maintain records of patient activities and observations and submit records to the appropriate clinical staff regarding patient's condition. The LPN will assist with scheduling patients and authorizations to support administrative staff as needed. This position focuses on the Comprehensive Brain Center but can support other specialties as needed.
