About The Position
Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) PRN/On-Call/Per-Diem to join our Health Center team! Our Licensed Vocational Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses (LVN/LPN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for person-directed Care.” You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm. You would help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Current LVN/LPN in the state for which applying
- Current CPR certification
- 3 shifts per month (1 shift on a Saturday or Sunday)
- 1 winter and 1 summer holiday per year.
Nice To Haves
- Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
- New grads are welcome!
