About The Position

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide skilled nursing care to residents while supporting the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care. Requirements

• Active, unencunbered LPN license in South Carolina (required)
• Current CPR certification required
• Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Compassion for an underserved population

Nice To Haves

• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
