About The Position

Join our team at Florida Rehabilitation Hospital at Tampa, a beautiful new hospital with 60 private patient rooms and 2 rehab therapy gyms with cutting-edge technology. Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care within the scope of licensure for assigned patients according to established federal, state, and regulatory body nursing standards and hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as an LPN/LVN
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
